With a woven patch, the design is directly woven and integrated into the patch. Therefore the result is thinner, more flexible and smoother than an embroidered patch.
ADVANTAGES OF THE WOVEN PATCH
The woven patch requires a more technical work and allows to produce finer details than with an embroidered patch.
LIMITS OF THE WOVEN PATCH
The woven patch being more technical, it is only available from 100 pieces. Texts smaller than 1.2 mm in height are not feasible. The realization of a stitched border being more complex, this option is therefore more expensive than for an embroidered patch.
For a woven patch, the "velcro on the back" option requires an merrow border.

Flat stitched border, made only on the front side of the patch. This option is only available for simple shapes.
Velcro (Hook or Loop) application on the back of the patches.
Velcro application on the back of the patches and supply of the complementary velcro.
