PVC patch

The PVC patch is made of colored plastic material, injected into a mold. It has an average thickness of 2 mm for the base and 0.7 mm for the design elements.

 

 

ADVANTAGES OF THE PVC PATCH

The PVC patch has a rubbery touch and a qualitative 3D matte finish. It is flexible, durable and easy to clean.

 

 

LIMITS OF THE PVC PATCH

It is recommended to sew the PVC patch, indeed the fixing with an iron-on back is not assured given the thickness of the patch.

 

For complex desings(including gradations or more than 9 colors), we propose the “full-color printed background” option: your desing will be printed directly onto a 2mm-thick PVC base.
