Sublimation transfer

Every photographs and pictures can be printed in sublimation. This process does not require a color edging for the makeready nor weeding, it is a printing identical to a digital printing on a sublimation special paper with special inks.

The transfer is then hot pressed with a professional machine. Under the effect of heat and pressure, the ink gasifies and directly penetrates the support.

SUBLIMATION ADVANTAGES

The picture literally penetrates into the surface of the chosen textile or support, which means the image is part of the material. It presents the best rendering, the image being perfectly reproduced on the product surface and the best touch and softness, having no thickness. The washing resistance is exceptional, resisting to 90 °C (194 °F).

SUBLIMATION LIMITS

Sublimation does not allow to mark color supports,  the image becoming invisible as the support is darker. Moreover, it can only be pressed on items covered with polymerizing or polyester clothings.

In case of urgent order, your transfers can be produced in short time (production in 4, 3 or 2 working days) leading to cost increase.
